How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders with UPS. Our estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on the State. You can see more accurate times in the checkout.
No PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses accepted.
Do you have expedited shipping?
We don't offer expedited shipping services at the moment. However, once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 days.
Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to change the delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at care@carasoles.com. However, it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. In that case, don't worry! Once you receive your package, you can request a return here.
Can I return my order?
We have a 15-days return policy. Items must to be unworn and returned in the original package. For more information, please click here.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it will take approximately 10 business days after your returned package arrives to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
