Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 15 days.
- All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges are allowed on SALE items within 15 Days
- All returned items must be returned in the original packaging (Gift Toiletry Bag) unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all sales tags and hygienic protectors.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.

All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 10 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

Carasoles reserves the right to accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

If a returned item is not in a good condition and the customer did not report any issues when receiving it, the item will not be accepted nor refunded, and it will be returned back to the customer. Returning the item back to the customer means a $10 shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. The customer will be notified in case they rather refuse and not receive back the item to not incur in this extra fee.

Currently, we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
